- Swipe Wallet: instant.
- Swipe Card: 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.
- Bank transfer (BML / MIB): 2–5 business days.
- Cash on delivery: the merchant contacts you to arrange a cash refund, or credits the amount back to your Swipe Wallet.
Any Pearls you redeemed on the order are also refunded. Pearls earned on a refunded order are clawed back — this is automatic and shows up in your Pearls history.
