You can cancel an order any time it's still in Pending or Processing status. Once the merchant ships it, you'll need to request a return instead.
To cancel:
- Go to Account → My Orders and open the order.
- Tap Cancel Order.
- Confirm.
Your payment is refunded automatically to the original method — usually within minutes for Swipe Wallet, 1-3 business days for bank transfers. Any Pearls you redeemed on the order are returned to your balance.
