Every order you place has a live status page.
- Go to Account → My Orders.
- Tap the order you want to track.
- You'll see the current status (Pending → Processing → Shipped → Delivered), the tracking number once it ships, and the merchant's estimated delivery date.
If a delivery is late or the tracking number hasn't appeared after 24 hours, use Message Seller on the order page to ask the merchant directly. They're usually faster than email support.
