Most merchants offer a 7-day return window for items in original condition. The return policy is shown on each merchant's shop page and on every product page before you buy.
To start a return:
- Go to Account → My Orders and open the order.
- Tap Request Return.
- Pick a reason (wrong item, defective, not as described, or just changed your mind) and describe the issue.
- Upload photos if the item was damaged.
- Submit. The merchant will review and respond within 2 business days.
If the merchant approves your return, they'll send shipping instructions. Once the item is back with them, your refund is processed to the original payment method.
